CarePay Kenya and Ajua released a report on the acceleration of digitization being driven by Covid-19. Ajua’s SMS survey platform covered 4, 345 respondents spread across Kenya on the growing demand of mobile services with a focus on healthcare.
“88 percent of the survey sample indicated that they would like to receive more mobile healthcare services”
When asked about the types of services that they would like to receive, 47% of survey respondents requested more general health / COVID-19 information, 42% want more NHIF information and 39% want more information about their local healthcare providers.
