Monday June 25, Max Lange, Joep’s son, was interviewed by Radio 1 about his father and Crossroads, the new documentary about health and technology in Kenya.
During the interview, Max touches upon his journey around Africa to get an image of his father’s work, as well as the mobile revolution in Kenya and the opportunity this offers for health. He talks about the M-TIBA application and the role this technology plays in the new documentary, Crossroads, that Max is helping to produce for the Joep Lange Institute. The documentary is a follow-up on The Great Escape. In the interview, they also touched upon his article for Vrij Nederland, in which he shared his journey to find answers about his father, himself and the African content.
